Rooms are nice and clean, they gave me a room without air conditioned but I told them I booked a room with AC and they gave me another room. The hotel is out of downtown, no noise, streets are not paved in that area. It is a good chooce If you don’t want to expend too much money.
I enjoyed my stay at La Hacienda! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the restaurant that’s a part of the hotel. I liked having on site parking! It was perfect for my needs. I plan to stay there the next time I am in Oaxaca

One suggestion for the main desk, just to be more friendly as guests are coming in and out. For example, just say Buenos Dias or Buenas Noches it makes the overall experience much friendly.

It was beautiful. Beyond our expectations. Great ambiance. Staff was on top of everything, super friendly and helpful. They truly made tis experience the best! While at the coffee bar, my 7 year old daughter wanted a milk chocolate drink that was not on the menu and the two young guys at the bar offered to make it. They truly make it special! Definitely recommend.
Overall, the staff was great and very friendly. On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. There was an error in the type of vehicle to the airport because I had asked the night before to reserve a van that would fit a family of 6, but they were able to obtain 2 taxis fairly quickly for the same price we would’ve paid for the van. Cass Bonita is located in a residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes by car from the city. The hotel provides a shuttle until 5 pm. We arranged an airport pickup and drop off and were charged a reasonable fee. We were upgraded at no charge to a bigger room with our own balcony. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in consierge matters. The neighborhood is rather calm but still has really good food in walking distance. While it has 3 great on-site restaurants, one drawback would be the volume of level of the music played in the bar late into the night, which is fine if your room is on the other side (and they do provide earplugs) but might be an issue in a room closer to the sound.

The perfect blend of Hotel and AirbNb. We reserved the “Villa” which is a two story house with two ample bedrooms, a living room, media room, two full baths and kitchen. It’s 4 blocks north of Santo Domingo temple and museums, so easily walkable and comfortable. If you want the included breakfast they will deliver it… also all the cleaning and changing of towels etc at your convenience. Great staff and wonderful place. We’ll be back!
Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and Mezcalerias all within a few blocks. I look forward to staying at Casa Antonieta again...

A wonderful stay. Behind an imposing black metal gate, a beautiful hideaway a short (5-10 minutes) walk from major attractions - with plenty of dining options in the immediate area. Was hesitate about the waterless toilets, but will assure you, a non issue! The material you place in the bowl after using the bathroom annihilates any lingering odor.
