"Friendly staff and clean. The cars are parked in a closed garage. Felt safe. The front desk was helpful in giving us places to order food and that was really helpful since we didn’t want to go in to town"

"The property is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by lush vegetation. The rooms are spacious and nice. The restaurant is really good, the food was delicious and the presentation was really elegant, offers food from the area, really well done. It probably needs to add more amenities like a gym, and more things to do within the hotel itself apart from the pool and the spa. But I highly recommend this place, it is close to Xilitla about 1/2 hour, within 1:15 hours of Tamul waterfalls and the Sotano de las Golondrinas, and about 40 min south of Ciudad Valle."
