I was in town for about 10 nights, and the entire time the staff was the best! You come downstairs and you’re in the midst of the little town with the best enchiladas right across the street. The cleaning staff is the bomb! Our room always smelled great, and so did the hotel. Front desk is always happy to help and made the process so easy. Overall the best stay, and will definitely return.

…missing a connection sucks a$$ and when you’re disgruntled and have no where to go - finding out this hotel was in this airport turned my frown upside down and I went asleep. They were able to accommodate a late check out which subsided the lack of flights out of here and having to sit for a day made it not dreadful. Basically if you get stuck in Guadalajara I would stay here.

They exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself is beautiful and it makes you feel super relaxed. The staff is super kind, the room was big and nicely decorated. I got a massage in my room with Lulú and it was amazing.

Our stay there was great. The food in the restaurant was good on some days and awful on on other days. We were able to tell that there was different chefs. Some took more pride in preparing the food and some just didn't care.

It was an amazing stay! Great and easy check in and out!! Restaurant was soooo good! Enchiladas and chicken dinner was so tasteful! Pina Coldas were the best!! 10/10 would definitely recommend ❤️

Stunningly beautiful hotel with top notch art collection to enjoy on premises. Owner Ester and her husband Larry are the perfect hosts. Both are bilingual. Staff are efficient. Pepe provided support and security, Myrna was a great cook for the breakfast that was included. Hotel was always kept clean. Bed was very comfortable. Located 1 block from Tlaquepaque's restaurant and night life. I will definitely stay at Casa Morales again!

Me hubiese gustado que hubiera más opciones de comida en la zona, ni Uber llega a esta zona lo cual resultó difícil encontrar comida. A parte de eso, el hotel y la estancia estuvo bien.

The rooms are spotless. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist in any of our needs. Perfect location for shopping and eating out. Walking distance to all the fun. Complimentary continental breakfast was served but they had very limited items that were included. They do offer a breakfast menu for a fee. We highly recommend Hotel Dex and we will definitely return.
