The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. I stayed at this hotel for several days, and what I liked most was the cleanliness and spaciousness of both my room and the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who was there in the mornings and the cleaning lady. I also really liked that breakfast was brought directly to my room; however, this is something they could improve, as some days the breakfast was very good and varied, but other days it was very meager and basic, and the delivery person...
Staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. They arranged for the tour, although people should shop around for the best price. Rooms were very clean and staff upgraded my room to a suite. Sea-view room for the suite was excellent with 3 different large windows and balcony door. Location of the hotel is very convenient to close by ferries and main streets with plenty of food places along the shoreline walway.

I decided to come back and there was a great improvement in room quality...especially with the updated the bathrooms. This is one of the oldest hotels with very nice staff and rooms with wonderful, spacious balconies!
