Gultepe Apartments was a highlight of our trip. The gardens were beautiful and the brothers were so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and kept us full for hours. It is in walking distance to the beach, a store and a pharmacy. We would definitely book again. Thank you to the Gultepes for their amazing hospitality!

The rooms and the grounds were really nice. The view, particularly at the sunset, is amazing. The infinity pool enhances the view. Very caring staff. I was concerned about limited parking, but the staff helped us get a space. The music from an outdoor concert space can be loud, but the sound proofing is good and helps a lot. But if you want quiet, you may want to look in a different area all together since all properties in that area are affected by those concerts. Overall, we loved staying...

Room & balcony huge for 3 star hotel, I like that the balcony is private - I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels where there is no divider between balconies and everyone can see you or start talking to you which is annoying if you want privacy, but Ponz hotel balcony is complete privacy and great! Pros:On a hill with a view. Rooms were big with a bedroom, sitting room and small kitchenette. Clean and well kept. Not luxurious by any means but had everything we needed. Breakfast was served on the patio with ocean view. Restaurant on site that you can order dinner starting at 7:30pm. The retreat is stunning! Highly recommend. Beautiful rooms with incredible views of the surrounding hills, olive groves, and the valley. The staff is wonderful and the facility is immaculate. It’s a bit of a climb up the hill on a gravel road, but it’s easily navigable, and definitely worth visiting…you won’t regret it!

Brand new hotel, extremely comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff is warm, friendly and knowledgeable for visitors. They helped us experience the culture and "real" Turkey instead of the tourist locations. Exceptional breakfasts, served individually instead of buffet style.

We were pleasantly greeted by the host Malaika's kind and welcoming smile. We had a great view and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a very nice hotel with a unique location. It’s 3 minutes to old town, rooms are nice, breakfasts are very tasty. Hotel owner is a very pleasant men, he tries to help with any request. The only thing that needs to be kept in mind: the street is very narrow and uphill, so if you’re coming by the car, you must be very careful, there is no dedicated parking.
