My friend left his wallet in the bus we came to Pamukkale. The owners helped us immensely by calling the bus company and even going out there to get our belongings.
They even guided us on tours and recommended good restaurants around.
We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel.
Our family (2 parents and 5 kids) stayed there for 2 nights and reserved 2 rooms . Very clean and spacious rooms and extremely nice manager - Mr Ali. He was very helpful and speaks good English ( for those who don’t speak Turkish like us ). Reasonable prices except for the meals that seemed more expensive than nearby Restaurants . Breakfast is great and hotel workers are quick to help you. Highly recommended .
Owner/manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We visited in the off-season, so there was remodeling being done to the main dining area. The room was clean and comfortable and appeared newly remodeled. The accommodation is in a village setting so we heard roosters and dogs periodically. Location is walking distance to several small cafes and a short drive to historical sites. Very pleased and would stay here again.
The staff is helpful and flexible. The hotel is located at a quiet spot close to hills with a nice view. The breakfast is top of the line. Everything is served to your table and with a great appearance.
The hotel is fairly new with all the comforts and amenities expected. The front desk and wait staff were all pleasant and helpful. Initially was assigned a smoking room even though non-smoking was reserved, however, the front desk immediately resolved the issue. The rooms are well equipped with latest technology. The location is on a busy artery and mostly industrial, but it is within a walking distance of the city. We were pleased with our stay and would consider this hotel again.
This is a very beautiful hotel. The room is large with a fantastic shower. The staff is helpful and speaks English. There is a lovely restaurant onsite for inside/outside dining which is very convenient. All transportation is arranged quickly with prompt on-time service. I will definitely book again at this location.

Excellent staff!! Very friendly and went out of their way to help us. They even made us travel sandwiches for our early departure to the airport.

Este hotel es perfecto para pasar la noche si estás viajando y conociendo ciudades. Las personas son súper amables, me sentí muy cuidada ya q viajo sola, súper seguro el sector . El cuarto fue perfecto , muy limpio con AC. Yo me desperté tarde casi sobre el check out y ellos me habían guardado mi desayuno , que estaba muy completo, estos detalles hacen q cómo viajero mochilero te sientas en casa !!! Gracias gracias . Sigo enamorada de TURKIA y su gente
