This hotel was an amazing find. Not necessarily centrally located but was everything we needed for our 2 nights in Zagreb. Ubers were always available as this hotel is on the west side of town and about a 15 minute Uber ride from wherever we went. The hotel itself is new and very nice. The room was nice, the pool was nice, we had massages which were kind of hard to find times but still worked good. We ate at the restaurant on site which was comparitively inexpensive but excellent. This is an excellent modern, beautifully maintained facility. World class service, incredibly helpful staff especially in the restaurant which offers an incredible breakfast every morning. Beautiful wedding facilities,easy access to main thoroughfare in Zagreb, quiet, remote from the hustle and noise of the touristy parts of city center yet near the main shopping malls of Zagreb. The Esplanade is a lovely hotel with marvelous food and a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay as personally pleasing as possible. It is on the higher end, but well worth the treat. Close walk to the main arteries and tons of great restaurants. Do love the no smoking as many other bars serving food allow it…so be prepared during the colder months.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. One of the best things about this hotel was the free breakfast. The food was exceptional and there was a lot of variety, including champagne. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel and attached parking lot made our last night before returning our rental car and flying out the next day much easier. Because we had to leave early in the morning we were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast buffet but the chef was able to put together a to-go bag for us and it was ready for us as we checked out to leave at 6 a.m. the staff was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.
