I have never really written reviews for properties on Expedia previously. This is the first one. I stayed in this place in Aug 2022 while on TMB. I could not find a refuge on the trail and decided to try this venue. I will absolutely do it all over again. To begin with, the owner, Alfred, was very responsive before the trip. This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here.
Easy check in. Room very clean, simple, clean linen, well taken care of room, welcoming. Breakfast was great, fresh bread each morning. Wish they had given us box of Kleenex, rather than having to use toilet paper to blow your nose. Refrigerator good size, could have been colder. Otherwise, great place to stay!!
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Short walk to Olympic Gondola for commute to Meribel Centre. Walking distance to couple restaurants and food market.

Arrived early and the staff worked to get us in before check in time. It was during hot weather and they quickly got us a fan for our room. Every time we had a question it was happily answered and with patience.
We honestly didn't know what to expect at first when we pulled up. We walked in and immediately were greeted by several people and were offered immediate assistance with our luggage. Our room was not only quaint, but the view RIGHT to the mountains was absolutely stunning. We got a 1-hour massage and had one of the hands-down BEST dinners of our lives. The staff was SO courteous and made our experience one we will never forget. We will definitely be coming back!
If you're thinking about staying here, BOOK IT NOW. My wife & I only stayed for one night, but we both wished we'd had more time. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY.

View from our balcony was incredible! We could see the funicular as well - really amazing! Staff were extremely helpful and nice and dinner at the restaurant was excellent!
We stayed here while hiking the TMB and the staff was very friendly. We had to get up before complimentary breakfast the next day, so she let us grab breakfast items the night before. We had a small fridge in our room, so we were able to put it in there overnight. The hotel was in a great location especially when taking the bus for the TMB. The only downfall is that the shower head shot at the door, and it will flood the entire bathroom if you use it, so we had to take it off and use it that...
