The hotel is perfectly located for tourist stuff. Super safe, staff great But my favorite was Robin , at house keeping. He was very helpful, always available it I needed towels or anything'. And did it all with a smile!!!!!

Great place to stay in heart of KL

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by MOV Hotel Bukit Bintang. For the price, the quality and overall experience were fantastic and it felt like excellent value for money. The location is brilliant. You are right in the middle of Bukit Bintang with plenty of food, bars and shopping nearby, and I found it an easy walk across to Chinatown and other parts of central KL. Good location, easy place to stay

This hotel was Perfect. Very convenient location! Staff helpful, allowed me to leave my luggage at the front desk after check out so we could go sightseeing. Oh and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a lot of variety! Delicious fruit to include papaya. Malaysian breakfast offered, seasoned chicken in gravy, noodles, veggies....so good!

Clean and comfortable room. We weren't sure about the outdoor bathroom at first, but ended up loving it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near markets and restaurants.

There are so many big & small touches that make Anggun Residences a lovely place to stay. There was obviously a lot of thought and effort put into the design & decor. We were in apt 1712 ~The whole family was comfortable and enjoyed the 2 BR apartment. Washer/Dryer worked well. Very delicious local food a few steps out the door, several malls and flea markets within walking distance, a very convenient area to be in. We would definitely stay there again, InshaAllaah.

Loved the hotel. It’s centrally located and very close to TRX Exchange. The open bathroom overlooking the city with creeper plants was interesting. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the staffs were very down to earth.

From the outside this hotel doesn't exactly ooze much charm or expectations. However, you don't judge a book by its cover! Surrounded by dozens of mega chain luxury hotels (Hyatt, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, etc.) within a walking distance this privately-owned property is reminiscent of "a little train that could..." Great location; Cool place to stay

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful! My check-in & stay felt literally easy! The gym is small & simple but has what you need (better than none) & the rooftop was a nice little touch as well. Would recommend as a budget option for your KL stay

Nice place in china town, rooms were clean and comfortable. Not upfront with travel tax though however
