Far from KL City Centre but Very Nice Place Staff was accommodating and wifi is good

Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. First class accommodation at a great location in KL, close to the botanic garden, old train station, and Merdeka square. I was upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, enjoyed the spacious bathtub. Vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet are limited, but enough to satisfy (congee, roti with dal, eggs, yogurt, toast, fruit). Staff was friendly and attentive. Some noise at night from the road below and the monorails--rooms on the back might be quieter.

I wish we had stayed longer but we stayed only one night and the hotel and the room were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and good; location was excellent as Mid Valley Megamall was just right beside the hotel through a side entrance, meaning you don't need to brave the hot weather or sudden rainfall to get to the shopping mall. However, what I would like to focus on is their excellent service. I wasn't feeling well and as it was too early in the morning, I wasn't sure if the shops were open for me to purchase anything to help with it. I called the housekeeping service to see if...

Suite has 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full one. Both rooms have full bathrooms. It has a living area and dining room. It also has a small kitchen with a small electric stove, microwave and a small combo washer-dryer. I am very happy with my stay here and I will definitely stay here again.

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by MOV Hotel Bukit Bintang. For the price, the quality and overall experience were fantastic and it felt like excellent value for money. The location is brilliant. You are right in the middle of Bukit Bintang with plenty of food, bars and shopping nearby, and I found it an easy walk across to Chinatown and other parts of central KL. Five-star hotel that is getting a little tired. No problems just showing its age a bit. I enjoyed my stay and would return. The location is good for me and I'm showing my age as well.

What a great hotel in the middle of downtown KL! Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, very nice pillows, clean bathroom, free filtered water, and a very helpful staff. It is also steps away from a massive shopping center that has about 100 different options for food - pretty much everything you can think of. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon.
