We booked one night only on our tour through Sicily but I wished we stayed longer. Mario and Irina went above and beyond to make us feel at home! They even offered to help with our laundry! The home made breakfast was superb and authentic. I would recommend this B&B to our friends!
It is a place where you feel right at home. The owner gave us a lot of good information about what to see and good restaurants as well. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is excellent.
Our room was well appointed and the grounds are beautiful. All our meals were excellent and while it is a little diificult to find (more signs!) it is well situated for day trips in western Sicily.
What a gem! You are literally staying in a mini castle in walking distance to all Erice has to offer. The staff were exceptional, the room wonderful and breakfast included!
Make sure you make dinner reservations at this hotel. Delicious dinner and amazing staff, some who work at the hotel as well. We stayed in a wonderful room in the heart of the center of town.
Hotel exceptionally clean and new. Pool and pool are, just the best place to relax and get some sun. Breakfast and service first rate. And finally the restaurant is very good, we rated the tiramisu 9.5 out of ten.

A newly opened hotel in great location - close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice and friendly staff. Great pool with excellent view over the sea. The breakfast is quite extensive.
Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.
Excellent hotel with very professional and helpful front desk staff. The hotel has old school charm. It is very clean and located steps from the Cathedral and plaza with many places to shop and eat nearby. My sleeping room was spacious and clean and equipped with a compact refrigerator and a electric hot water kettle for coffee or tea. The bathroom was also roomy and well maintained. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My compliments to the staff.
My wife and I had a great stay. Benedetto and his wife Antonella were really good hosts. The area is very nice and 2 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk from the town center.
Staff was super kind, breakfast was top notch. Loved that they had an attendant at the pool available to provide beverages. Didn’t even have to ask for staff to clean our room when we were out for the day, it was just done when we got back that evening. The private parking lot was super helpful and it’s a 5 minute walk from the little town area. Amazing place!

This is residence/hotel is a gem. Antonella greeted us and was so warm and welcoming, giving us great hints as to parking, beaches and places to eat (coupons galore). The room was small, but all looked fairly new. The room was immaculately clean and had amenities such as air conditioner (very helpful on a 100 degree plus day, coming straight from the beach), safe, reasonably priced drinks in the minibar. The breakfast was beyond what I had anywhere else in Italy. Not only was the usual fare...
The Property was beautifully maintained, well appointed rooms and overlooking farmland reaching all the way to the sea and the Egadi Islands with beautiful sunsets to watch. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. If you love nature and dont want to be in the city this is the perfect place only 10 minutes away from Trapani. The host, Salvatore was friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience!
