Very convenient location for a trip to Hereford, with free parking. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was very good and the king size bed was extremely comfortable.
We were greeted immediately and given a tour of the place. Our host was very informative and helpful. The beds very comfortable, rooms quiet, and the breakfast meals and variety were amazing.
Very nice hotel in an amazing town with lots of great bookstores and other funky shops. Nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast, with public parking across the road (as well as somewhat cramped hotel parking).
Very nice and welcoming owners. The room was quite large and very comfortable.
The only downside is that it is bit hard to find, especially after dark. Address numbers are rare and the name of the house is limited in size due to legal limits. There should be a bit more info on how to find the place in the listing or confirmation.
The large historic house is very beautiful and has a very interesting history that the hosts are happy to share with guests. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable and the cook to order breakfast was delicious! We would love to stay again!
I had a great stay here and look forward to returning. Very clean and comfortable. Great food and drink. Excellent location. Plenty of colorful locals in the bar. Excellent breakfast. The owners are so kind and helpful. I will be back!

The guesthouse is also a short drive into Hay, where the walk along the river is lovely, and the bookshops are really fun...
