Would definitely return to and recommend the Meridiana Country Hotel. Loris Frascarelli and his staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us during our stay. Upon our arrival, Loris gave us a choice of rooms; we obviously took the one with the better view. The Meridiana is quaint, accommodating, clean, in a beautiful location and close to a fantastic local restaurant they recommended just down the road (Gennaro); you could actually walk there.

The best location possible for exploring Prato. We were able to walk to everything downtown. We felt very safe there, also. The hotel was clean. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say that the room was the best ever, but all of our needs were satisfied by it. Offsite parking was available and convenient. If we were to go back to Prato, which we will, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommendable.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to go out of my way to review this amazing hotel. Let's start with the staff, they are some of the most accomodating people I've ever met. I asked the person that checked me in if there is a taxi nearby and asked her if she could book us one for the next day.
