The five Euro a day secure parking was a huge convenience. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Faolipa (spelling?) who went above and beyond to help us find the parking lot, opened the safe that the previous tenant had left locked within 5 minutes of our asking her, and was always cheerful and happy to help us. Location is excellent with view of Rugby stadium, around the corner from the Michelin Experience, and walking distance to the old city. Maintenance responded...
