I have always wanted to stay at the Julian Lodge, and I loved my stay. It was comfortable and quiet.

Great place to stay!

This Inn was the perfect romantic getaway place - nice rooms with a private patio on one side providing full-privacy daylight, a view of the little wildlife in the courtyard every morning, great stargazing opportunities from pool or patio (Borrego Springs is a dark sky city), and delicious breakfasts every morning!

The Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort is a terrifc place to stay when visiting the Anza Borrego desert. The hotel is reasonably priced, and it's safe and convenient to the Desert Visitor Center. The food is quite good, and the hotel is very cutely designed. It has 2 pools and jacuzzis that you can hop into, and the hotel even has it's own convenience store.

The people were professional and warmly friendly. We really appreciated the physical beauty of the desert, and the peaceful quiet.

Would love to stay again!

By my own mistake, I booked the wrong night. The hotel staff was incredibly kind to let me still check in on the night I was in town. It saved the vacation! The accommodations were so quaint, the room was adorable. the breakfast was phenomenal. Having the parlor open for games in the evening made for a perfect stay.

The property is well maintained. We stayed in the king bed deluxe room and the room is huge. The room has everything you need including a fireplace and a large couch. We especially love the bathroom as it comes with a shower and jacuzzi tub, with a separate door to the toilet. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only negative review we have is with the on-site restaurant. It is very overpriced and the food is just average.

The location of Stanlunds is perfect for any of your exploring adventures. The staff, & cleanliness are top notch. The 60's style is terrific as well as any amenities you may need.

We decided to take a getaway this Thanksgiving, husband and wife plus 12 YO Daugther and our small dog. We made the reservation on short notice and receiving confirmation immediately (Hotels.com and direct email). It was a challenge to reach someone by phone but when we did they were very pleasant. I booked this place over the concerns of both my sister and wife who were skeptical the place would be a bit too new-agey for their east coast sensibilities - but they both loved it. The view of the mountains and lake from our room and the common area were enough to make it worth staying there. Very short drive to nearby Stonewall Peak which is a great day hike. Not far from the Slot Canyon trail and Three Sisters Falls if you want more hiking. Staff was not just polite and courteous like...

Clean, modern room. Very easy check in through text (nice for introverts). There is a pool and that's about it, but it is a nice and there is good food across the street.

Spacious and well maintained property. An abundance of full hook-up RV sites. Bathrooms with hot showers and a laundry room. Clean pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Great prices. A hidden gem on the S2.

Quaint and comfortable place to relax. Also, loose slots makes it even more fun to play! I would go back again.

Beautiful grounds. The only complaint I have is that it smelled a little musty like maybe there is mildew or mold somewhere. My kids smelled like it every time we left the room.
