Incredible stay! Sweet beautiful room with a great view, wonderful comfy bed and pillows, helpful staff, AMAZING breakfast, perfect location. We loved staying here! Perfect honeymoon spot. Beautiful spa just across the street, one of the thermals across the street and a few springs right outside, really just a perfect spot. Highly recommended!!
The decor, interior decoration and use of the space was absolutely fabulous. The apartment was also easily walkable to everything. All the sights, sounds and beauty.
The hotel well located. I took bus #2 on a bus stationnear the train station. You can pay for the ride on board with credit card. Hotel has 3 buildings. The pool, steam rooms and spa located in one building. Wide range of procedures offered. Pool and hot tub have very well working wirpools. I love my stay very much , and can recommend it. Value for a money is excellent.
You have to park in the Thermal Hotel parking garage that isnot a big deal. The hotel is located righ down town and was nice. The breakfast was good but not in our hotel. You have to walk 100 meters to another hotel which not a big deal either.
About an hour and 40 minutes drive from Prague airport. The purpose of our stay was to attend the Jr. World Snowboard Across ( SBX) Championships in Bozi Dar. In talking to others who also made the trip, our hotel and location was the best. It was a 10-15 minute drive the the town of Bozi Dar (which was also a great little ski town). Plenty of parking (although a rather high nightly fee). We were on the 6th floor with a balcony that had a great view of the mountains. The elevator is small...
Being here was an absolutely beautiful experience. The rooms were huge, spotlessly clean and featured astounding views over the golf fields. The design was simply impeccable, the rooms are stylish and with lots of high tech features.
Breakfast could be much better, but I wouldn’t even take points off for that provided that everything else is fantastic. This is a brand new hotel and we wish it long years of prosperity!

The location is the best in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary yet close to everything. The staff is professional. We came at the beginning of the season so it was still pretty mellow and definitely not at full capacity. Utilizing the pool & spa and having 4 massages booked. 3 great 1 just ok ( apparently the therapist left the room 3x during the 90 minute massage) not sure why . Also I was going to bring my friends to the Becher’s Bar...
This is an adorable little property. The room that we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only downside was that none of them spoke any English but we worked through it together. The restaurant has a diverse menu and the food was very good.
