I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance. The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

Excellent location right next to the Chalfes bridge which connects the Prague castle to the old town- so you can walk left or right and be close to all the main attractions. Even though the bridge itself can be filled with tourists, the hotel is in a nice quiet spot. Definitely recommend to stay here ..

Great hotel rooms and breakfast was outstanding. A little out of the way from center city, but the tram gets you there in less than 8 minutes.

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. Great location in the heart of the Old Town but in a quiet nook away from tourist traffic. Warm, attentive staff, from receptionists to breakfast crew. Excellent breakfast with a variety of foods from eggs and sausages, beans and veggies to yogurt and homemade pastries. My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes. From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and helpful by greeting us with water, coffee, and wine. Great location about 2 blocks from the Palace side of the Charles Bridge (less busy side.) Easy to walk over into the crowds of Old Town. Quiet, clean neighborhood. Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

This is my second time at this WONDERFUL hotel and I couldnt have been more please. They have the most unique 2 penthouses in Prague, 2 rooms surround on three sides with glass windows and large terrace with glorious views of the entire city. Penthouse West is slightly better with glorious views of the Prague Castle & Petrin Hill & all of the city for miles out. Penthouse was so spacious, and really appreicate the large modern bathroom and separate toilet room with its own sink and mirror!! ...

Very new design hotel, active lobby area. Seems very new, though the decor is a bit dark. Good to have AC in the room Front office staff very nice. Dave and Ava in reservations were nice to help resolve a mistake I made on Expedia for a duplicate reservation A bit far from the tourist destinations - about a half hour walk.

Love the candles and the smell of lemon! Wonderful breakfast.
