The staff was very helpful during check-in, making sure I was aware of the local sites and made a few off the tourist map suggestions that were worth a visit (the monastery near Prague Castle being the most notable). Service was phenomenal. From Jana at the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant, it was consistently great. The room was spotless and has eco-friendly amenities. Food at the restaurant was good; I thought breakfast was pretty good too. Worked for me at any rate. Location is good. It is a climb uphill to get back from the old quarter but I didn’t find it to be that bad. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
