"My room was fine, with a nice spacious bathroom. The room overlooked the inner courtyard atrium, so it didn’t have natural light or a view. There were a couple of maintenance issues which I reported, and they were resolved quickly."

It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not.
