Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel!
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Katerain. The staff, service, food, and location were exactly what we needed. I will return often. While I very much appreciated that the hotel had AC, my only criticism would be that they don't allow guests to control their own AC. Nevertheless, we will happily return.
The apartment rooms we rented had so much space and were a fantastic bargain. Also Lucy at reception was great at welcoming us in advance and made sure everything was in order for our arrival
