"Terrible!! Go somewhere else. They never provided room service, never had clean towels, when you’d bring your dirty towels down which was every single day, you’d have to wait until the clean ones got done in the dryer, tv only had 1 channel, lights didn’t work, receptionist was never at the front desk, I called the manager Kendra & she said she was going to comp me a night for my troubles, she never did, I called and left several messages but never heard anything back. Bad part of town also!! I’d never recommend anyone wasting their money here. "

"We enjoyed our stay overall, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely. Our only concern was that one of the queen beds in the room made loud noises when you rolled over or got in or out of bed. It was the bed closest to the bathroom. I think our room # was 1335."

"Terrible outdated rooms. Had staff living there and was right above me. Like they were dancing all day/night. Staff took up the good parking even the no parking zones. In my two week stay the law enforcement was called there twice"
