Holiday Inn Birmingham M6 Jct7 by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Special mention to Ryan who works in the bar area. Super helpful and friendly. Joe was also really friendly and helpful."
Edgbaston Park Hotel Birmingham
10/10 Excellent
"Secind stay at the hotel as it was as pleasant as first. Time. Staff is extremely fruendly and helpful. Rooms are soacious and clean. Rowels nice.and fluffy. Good selectio. Of tea and coffee in the rooms. I haven't had brealfast but we had dinner at the bar andnit was really nice"
Novotel Birmingham Centre
8/10 Good
"We were given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and I liked the Rituals shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The complimentary water was also a nice touch. The staff were generally attentive - I did however have to go down to the reception at 07:10am as our electric had completely tripped. The man was friendly and checked the fuse boxes but couldn’t see the problem. Initially, I was told we would have to wait for maintenance but they weren’t on shift yet - I didn’t think this was a good solution - however it was rectified by another member of staff by about 07:30. We were able to leave our bags in locked storage and the WiFi was decent. Areas for improvement - lobby needed a bit of a deep clean (floor mopped, tables cleaned) and it was very warm in the rooms with no air con and no fan. I’d stay again at the right price."
Buckatree Hall Hotel
8/10 Good
"A nice location, good quality rooms. Shame that there was no food and no bar. When everything is back to the way it was, it will be a lovely place to stay. I feel it just needs some work to bring it up to standard."
Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindley Place
8/10 Good
"Staff were fantastic, food lovely, room and shower great. Common areas such as bar, reception etc as nice as they were, were FREEZING cold and not pleasant to be in without wrapping up! No Sky TV despite the staff thinking there was?! Others commented on this too. DO NOT BOOK the UNDERGROUND hotel parking if you have anything larger than an average hatchback! Despite me enquiring about parking no one said how difficult it is to access in a medium - large car. We managed but would not book again. I feel this should be pointed out. We will book the multi-storey car park opposite next time. With a few tweaks this would be an unbeatable hotel for central Birmingham. We will definitely stay again when they have such a good rate offered. Normal rate is expensive. Pillows good - beds quite hard if you prefer a softer mattress."
Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street
10/10 Excellent
"Very welcoming staff who ensured our parking was sorted as well as ensuring my room was wheelchair accessible. An evacuation plan was also put in place, just in case. The room itself was bright and airy, clean and well stockedcan tea and coffee. The accessible bathroom was extremely well equipped, the only downside was the vanity unit wasn't wheelchair height. Bar prices were pub average but service was very good. Breakfast was very good with a great choice of hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again. Great value and comfortable."
Redwings Lodges Birmingham
8/10 Good
"It was good , as it had free car park , shops near , and quite enough space within the room . Bad stuff within the room was the tv was very old so could do with update. Was lampshades in the room however, wasn ’t no switch around anywhere . And the bathroom lock was very hard . Plus the bathroom outlet wasn’t good as bathroom would get soaked from shower ."
Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley

"Excellent experience , friendly n welcoming staff"
Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham
