The property was beautiful, well maintained and exceptionally clean. There were magnificent lake views everywhere you looked. The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful.

Continental breakfast was very good. Parking was a problem but Anna gave us a great upgrade for our challenges. It's in a great area, two minutes walking from the Embarcadero that has the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Bella. Grand classical hotel. Great staff, nice bar, outdoor restaurant, etc

The family that runs this hotel went far above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were more than accommodating.

We loved the view, privacy, helpfulness of the staff when we had rental car issues and relaxing atmosphere at the Hotel Collinetta. The room was lovely and the air conditioning very much appreciated as it was quite warm for our stay. We ate at the restaurant several times during our 4 night stay and loved every meal. The breakfast was wonderful also. Collinetta was the highlight of our 2 week trip to Switzerland. We would definitely stay again.

Our experience at Casa Berno was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff, nice spaces room, pretty comfortable bed, and amazing views from every corner! Highly recommend this property !!

This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. excellent overall. staff friendly and accommodating. recommend getting superior room with view. they have great views of the lake and mountains. excellent breakfast. entire hotel has been updated with sleek modern interior. rooms facing the lake are noisy due to busy street but this is the view side and worth the noise.

We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better.

Communication with the hotel even before arrival was good and clear. At the property they were pleasent and clear abkut everything. The room had a great view, was clean, spacious enough for our luggage and nicely designed. Great central location.

Checked in real late and had a hard time finding it even thru the GPS from the car rental. Staff was very nice and helpful and friendly. Super nice pool and sauna area. Room was very cozy and clean. Bed was big and clean.

To start , some of us can't leave without Ac , this property not only has one but one that works , ( those of you who travel through the old world understand). Service is exceptional, and property is not a resort size but big enough. Great for families and couples as well, available bikes for all ages, pool ( small but warm) gym, indoor pool, on site dining option , and again service excellent.

Just giving 5 stars to this hotel makes it disservice. For the third time at this hotel love it from the Amenities to the staff the reception everyone super friendly.

Nice old style hotel with proper lobby, right across from lakefront promenade. Best value found! Very friendly staff, free gated parking! Just our front is quiet lawn area with bars and restaurants putting their chairs out at night. Loved it.
