"Nice property Pros: extraordinary 180° infinity views. Rooms were very nice. Cons: you have to pay for parking and it’s not easy. The machines on the sidewalk don’t work and you have to download a parking app and figure that out. Also, you have to negotiate 20 stairs with all your luggage as there is no elevator."

"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."
