"Great welcome and a helpful staff at reception Didn't get his name but he had dark curly hair. Hotel was in an excellent location easy walking distance of all amenities, restaurants and bars etc. Ther was not a hospitality tray in the room and no kettle which was disappointing. The hotel and room were very clean and the breakfast was adequate. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfy. A safe was provided and a fridge but water and soft drinks were chargeable. Overall we would recommend for a shorts table. We were there for 2 nights before a cruise which we thought was enough time to explore Ravenne. Would stop at this hotel again if in Ravenna."

"A true hidden gem! From start to finish, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. While the building is a bit older—which we fully expected—the room itself was spacious, cozy, and featured an immaculate bathroom with great amenities. The breakfast is on the basic side, but it has everything you need to start the day. Overall, this place completely exceeded our expectations for the price point, and we would happily stay here again if we're ever in the area!"
