Public transport in the area is lacking, so without a car you'll need to walk to station c. 20 mins or to town centre c. 13 mins. No problem as long as the weather is fine. :)

We had a very good stay in this hotel. The front desk help were superb and they complimented the other aspects of our stay. We were here three days in September 2014 and would stay here again, if we ever ventured this way again. The clothes washers we tried to use stopped working, so the front desk took or clothes and did the wash for us! Although this is an old hotel, everything was excellent.
It is in the most central location, a short walk from the train station, on the main square in town and in addition, the food is good and the staff is friendly.
I ran across this hotel while randomly exploring throughout the Netherlands, and it was a wonderful find. The property is incredibly clean and comfortable. A huge highlight was the front desk service—I wish I had caught the name of the young woman working there, as she was unbelievably nice had worked there since she was 15 and gave the most helpful local recommendations for sightseeing.
The restaurant on-site was excellent, and the morning buffet breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend...
A wonderful property in idyllic surroundings. The buildings were nicely renovated, and everything was extremely family-/child-friendly. My only criticism is the lack of proper ventilation/cooling. During our stay the temperatures were in the mid-30's and our otherwise lovely and spacious room was exceedingly stuffy, which made sleeping very difficult.
