"Checked in, got to my room and checked right out. Property under renovation. No amenities. I felt unsafe."

"Room was not clean, outdated, pool tiles were lifting, mattress so uncomfortable, toilet seat was broken, will not be staying there again. "

"Pretty sure they didn’t clean the room thoroughly between stays . There was mascara in the pillow cases , questionable stains on the sheets along with a bunch of hair . Staff did bring me a change of sheets , but had to keep going to get different ones because there were stains on those as well . There was even a vape shoved behind the toilet paper roll . The floor wasn’t swept either . The location was great , and my son loved the pool . Breakfast was anything to brag about either . Probably wouldn’t stay here again . "

"On Easter they said that they were close the pool for maintenance which also included the fitness room that was connected to it. The reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and for the Fitness room. We had to spend money to go find a pool somewhere else when it’s 90° in Tampa!!!!!"
