"We booked this hotel specifically so we could use the water park. We arrived at the water park to find all the slides and kiddie pools were shut down. We were not informed ahead of time or even at check in. Very disappointing stay."

"My sister (she is over the age of 60) & I stayed for one night and there was no lighting at the entrance. My sister with her shopping bags tripped and fell. She hurt her knees and arm. She reported this to the front desk the next morning. She was bruised and sore as a result. We hope that this has been rectified. Also the pool and hottub were closed for repair and to my understanding this has been since the previous year. Other than that the room was clean and I had a good sleep. Breakfast was sufficient. "

"It was quiet, beds were comfy, room was clean. The breakfast was good. Main issue was the pool hours changed day to day and the pool was half the reason I chose this hotel for my family. Sometimes closed at 4, sometimes at 8 and was only a sign at the front desk. So unless you went to the front desk you dont know the pool hrs. Never experienced that before."

"My family and I love to stay here. The rooms are so spacious and we love the breakfast. Although, I think our bathroom could have used a better deep clean and the pool area either needs better ventilation or some serious chemical adjustments. My kids ALWAYS struggle to breathe after swimming here. "
