"Parking was great. Right across from U of I. No elevator, the carpets and rooms are old in need of upgrading. Rooms are very small. Included breakfast is minimal. Staff were very friendly. "

"BEWARE. Not as described! Our room was dirty with food left in the fridge that smelled. Asked for another room, keys were not activated correctly. Once in our room, someone unlocked our door, and came in. It was the general manger! There is a sign on the door stating the hotel doors were locked from 11pm-6am for the safety of the staff and guests. Thank you Hotels.com for refunding us. *I do want to state how the staff was friendly and nice*"

We will be back and stay again each time we come out to Pullman. They are be far the most helpful and lovely couple! Thank you for making my stay easy and restful, during a stressful time. "

"We came for a university of Idaho graduation and the staff was so kind and welcoming. Our large group met in the lobby several times over the weekend to quickly eat or manage the next group activity. The staff was always so welcoming."

"Loved everything about it but stayed in the seaport side didn't have an elevator and I have a bad leg and ankle and can't hardly walk. But when the manager saw me he took the luggage to my room. Ty for that"

"Breakfast is pretty standard, waffles, yogurt, muffins, sausage and eggs. Coffee was great. My room was a handicap room and in rough shape. Something splattered on the wall by the bed, big stains on carpet and chair, deadbolt didn’t lock and toilet ran all night. It’s not the worst place I have ever slept in. Needs some work"
