The front desk girl was stuffing her face with food and licked her fingers before asking for my ID. No hello. No please. No thank you. It was loud due to all the motorcycles and needed her to repeat her spearhead on breakfast and pool hours, she almost screamed it unfriendly like. Shame because the room was wonderful! I wish she was as nice

The front dest staff were very nice. My room was ok shower was dirty. And the vending machines did not work. Other than that i had a great stay. I only recommend the hotel get a better breakfast variety than cereal.

Very clean, staff is friendly & accommodating - the rooms are uniquely designed & comfortable. I would only suggest that an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a nice touch for added comfort & privacy.

I travel for work frequently and my travels have brought me to Gettysburg many times in the past. Often in my work travels, I'm more concerned with booking a big chain hotel to earn more and more points than anything else. This time, however, I decided to try something different. Phil and Betty are wonderful hosts. The house is charming with antique decor and all the modern conveniences. The room was comfortable and quiet, and breakfast was delicious

We stayed for two nights in the premier loft cottage and it was lovely. We camp often and typically take our camper but decided to try this option. There was plenty of space, linens were provided and we had a bathroom with shower. Very much like an Air B&B.

I recently stayed at the Gettysburg Sleep Inn and Suites and had as close to a perfect stay as I could have expected. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and check-out a little late. My room was a king room that was very comfortable. We had a great stay at this hotel. We were excited to have the pool open as well as self-serve breakfast with modifications. My only complaint would be that the front desk staff we mediocre. There was not a friendly warmth that I've had at many other hotels. I needed towels and I was asked to come pick them up at the front desk. (assuming they were short staffed.) Nice, quiet hotel near the college and easy to find. The bathroom only had a shower instead of a tub, and I had hoped to soak away the road-weariness in a nice bath, but everything else was top-notch. Overall everything was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was overall clean and breakfast was good. We had an issue in our room with a leaky refrigerator and it caused a mildew smell. The 3rd shift attendant who’s name I believe was Nick, addressed the issue by giving us an upgrade but his professional demeanor and courteous manners made being inconvenienced all the more acceptable. This hotel was perfect for a getaway trip to Gettysburg. Pool for kids was a win. Washer and dryer for me win. Shopping outlets right near the hotel win, and all the important sites for Gettysburg win. Super clean and super nice staff.

It was very quite on our floor. The breakfast service was limited as we expected, but the staff was very solicitious and courteous. Also the maids were great, although we were asked to call the front desk to request any room request. All in all, we had an excellent stay!
