"Great location, just two minutes from the River Walk! Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. We missed swimming hours but the pool looked beautiful too! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect location for walking around SA. Free parking compared to high valet costs at other hotels that are only 2-3 blocks closer to the river walk. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Could not have asked for a better stay. "

"This was an amazing stay! It was very easy to check in, and the area was extremely walkable with the riverwalk. The only downside was the parking, but we decided to valet and it worked perfectly! Highly recommend."

"The room was clean but someone had dropped an orange behind one of the dressers, and it was in a state of decomposition. There was no ice bucket or cups in the room - not even paper cups. When I wanted to brush my teeth, I had to get a cup from the buffet area. The shampoo dispenser was not filled either so while the room was otherwise clean and comfortable, it had not been prepped well from the previous guest."

"The staff was amaxing. Fast Eddie made our stay feel special. He was so helpful and always offered a smile and a happy gesture. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bar was a great place to grabe a drink and listen to some music and even a Mariachi band that was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel will stay there again if we ever return to the San Antonio Riverwalk. "

"Clean room, beautiful room."

"Emerson checked us in, and the King room that she gave us was that of MOTEL status. I booked wanting the River Walk experience, and was not accommodated as such! Nothing chaps my hide worse than attending a vacation being met with horrendous Hotel experience! We were eventually accommodated with another Room, which indicated that tge room was available in the beginning. The floor was dark brown in color, and the white towels being met with floor indicated how dirty the floor was. Although I love the antique feeling of the hotel, I will not book this location again! The service at breakfast was horrible as well, I ordered orange juice and the glass was chipped. I asked for a creamer and had to ask again. I’m disgusted by the treatment here. "
