"AJ charged me $20 for a non-smoking room only for it to have been smoked in. They dont show that theres a refrigerator right next to the bed. The latch that keeps the door closed is broken off. Stains on the sheets and shower curtain."

"This place was filthy! The first room they gave me was filthy. The second room was filthy and the third room was filthy. As a matter of fact I cut my stay short just because it was not only dirty, filthy and clean it was unsafe."

"Breakfast and the swimming pool in the atrium were the highlights of the stay. Very nice! And a hot tub! Room was nice and clean, the beds super soft and comfy, ac is cold which I love. Only negative is it is an older hotel, with many of the rooms on the outside. But overall, would definitely stay here again!"

Called the front desk, went back to check in to switch rooms. Minor plaster damage on bathroom wall noted front desk upon departure. Friendly hotel staff, special kudos to Mr Hertz for his great assistance!"
