Staff was friendly. Room was much nicer and larger than I usually get at this price. I couple things were a bit worn. Had a hot option for breakfast (waffles). Some protein (eggs, meat) would have been nice.
Business travel, one night stay, bed and pillows acceptable, easy access - there is traffic light at intersection, quiet, felt safe. Limited eating establishments, but that is area issue. Bathroom......a couple of hairs left behind in shower, on toilet in sink from previous occupants. But all in all, okay stay
We stayed here for Groundhog Day in Punxsutawney and were extremely pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. The property amenities were explained to us at the front desk and they offered to show us anything we needed to find. Our room key cards had an issue and the gentleman at the front desk quickly re-coded them and kindly said if the keys didn't work that time he would be right up to fix it. The lobby was welcoming with a seating area and coffee/tea. The pool area was unique...
Room was newly refurbished, beautiful and pretty quiet despite a full hotel. Staff were all quite friendly, entertainment close by and wonderful restaurant on site.
The decor was charming and quaint. The property owners had essentials stocked in case I forgot anything plus a nice little coffee bar which made me very happy. There were games for playing, as well as a laundry room. The communication was clear and concise, and check in was super easy. There was suggestions for local events and dining. It was not far from down town and a park. I would stay here again.
Our room was clean and welcoming. I love the Glided Age decor. Seger house is beautifully constructed... hardwood floor, woodwork, mantles and fireplaces in the room.

We arrived late after a long , fun-filled day at the park with a very tired 3 and 4 year old. The front desk had 2 cheery receptionists even at almost 10:00 pm . Everything was easy to check in and out . The staff friendly and helpful . We had a very nice breakfast and great coffee . The room was clean as was our bathroom .....the bed very clean and comfy.
