It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. Very comfortable and close to a few area attractions. For the price it was very worth it. The staff was courteous the hotel was clean the breakfast was actually pretty good. If I ever go to Sweetwater Tennessee I will stay there again.

This place was perfect stay. I was very concerned about the price being so affordable when everything around was at least $40 more. Much to my surprise, it was nice, clean, and staff were very accommodating. . They bent over backward to help us. My wife accidentally left her phone charger in the room. After reading a few of the other reviews, I was concerned at first to make reservations here. How could there be so many great reviews and then such awful ones as well? After staying at this hotel, I can only surmise that those who posted negative reports had grudges of some sort. The room was very good with updated everything. I was impressed. This motel is just off the highway and next to a McDonalds. Fastest check in around.

This is a Motel 6, so furnishings are rather Spartan. But everything was clean and everything in the room worked, including plenty of electrical outlets everywhere! Yay! The proprietor couple and the front desk clerk were were friendly, nice and helpful. Thank you.

When I first arrived a Mr. Patel was on duty at the front desk and was very kind and had a grand smile on his face, he told me where my room was located, ice machine and vending machine location. He told me once I reached my room if I needed anything to let them know. The breakfast of coffee, orange juice, fresh dough nuts, cereals, fresh COLD milk, or awesome fresh fruit danishes was great for a quick bite before business. Great hotel. Comfortable, safe and clean.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast had good options. They were renovating all the outside wasn't "pretty" but the room was nice. I will return when I come to the area.

Excellent customer service front desk, and the young man taking care of the breakfast area. Recently renovated. Rooms are clean. Bed was very comfortable. The shower worked super! 10 out of a 10 foot this place!

A really nice and clean place

The staff was very kind and the room was very clean. I liked that the rooms had laminate hardwood flooring and not carpet.

We were attending a friends oarty and had no idea of the area. The gentleman at the desk, made us hand written directions to the venue. As we left hotel to go, he was waiting for us to share the directions. Very nice.

My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work. The was a great experience and the customer service was awesome. I wish more companies would hire people people like this and not people that dont understand life...

I loved the girl at the desk that check me in! She was so sweet, kind and very helpful. Loved having access to coffee 24 hrs a day and the cookies were a good hold over until breakfast the next morning at the hotel Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and nice. Check out was a breeze. Great stay, great place.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and we really had a great experience. The staff was friendly when we checked in and our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were big and fluffy for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent and had a little of everything to eat. The ladies in the breakfast area was friendly and was ready to help. The cleaning crew was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great stay.
