Clean, quiet and convenient. Was able to accommodate me during a snowstorm for 2 days with very little notice. Front desk staff communication was great and they were really good about coordinating my additional day even though I’d only originally thought I’d only needed one. Breakfast was easy and the room was super clean and had everything I needed.
Helpful, friendly staff. Clean rooms. I even left my phone charger, which they kindly mailed to my home. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend to others.
This is an old motel that I chose for nostalgic reasons. I wish I hadn't. The smell of must was overpowering to the point I thought about changing motels. The room decor was interesting and unique. The desk chair was a mesh office chair—nice. Not located in a good part of town, but that part of town seems to be revitalizing. My review would be more positive if the must had cleared out with running the air for several hours.
First off, despite the ongoing renovation, the important stuff was on point. Our room had recently been updated. Mattress was new. Hot water was hot. No outside noise filtering in. Modern key cards.
The only minor downside would be breakfast. If you’re expecting a hot meal, there won’t be one. There was a waffle machine, coffee pot, Pop Tarts, and some “Great Value” brand wrapped fruit bars.
If I was traveling through the area, I’d stay here again.
