We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much to Katie for making sure we got accommodated, even though we came past midnight already and were told there were "overbooking" issues. We originally booked one room with 2 king size beds but were told it was given away. Katie called other partner hotels to try to book us but was declined. I was on an overnight trip for business. Place is new. Only cleanliness issue was shower grout. Could have been better. Most rentals are like that though.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were driven by the shuttle to dinner. Great location with great restaurants near by. Hotel was modern with great aesthetics.

The hotel was very nice, but there was a lot of noise coming from one of the rooms. I should have called the front desk, but did not.

We enjoyed our stay, beds are gery comfortable, pool was as well great. Breakfast could of been better some wasnt fully cooked or overly. But other than that we loved itm

Great property, rooms were large and very comfortable. The kitchenette was great and the full size fridge and freezer came in handy. 2 adults and 2 teens in the room and we all had space. Nice walk to the football stadium and we felt very safe. Only negative is the parking garage is not marked well enough for the hotel. Highly recommend this property!

My stay was 10/10. The halls weren’t dark, the staff wasn’t creepy, and the place didn’t smell of cigarette.

Had to get away solo. It was my mother b-day and she passed 8 months ago & I needed time alone. It was such a good idea.The bartender made some great drinks & I met some nice people 😁

Everything was good, the only thing I dislike when we have to pay for parking never paid for parking for a hotel but it was good. It was my honeymoon. Just got married Saturday that was a little honeymoon for us very good

Great Customer Service by Duber and Forrest. I have stayed at this hotel probably 5 times over the last 4 or 5 years. It has been remodeled, and looks nice, but they took the ceiling fans out of the room which I would prefer they still had them. Also, the pool is usually closed whenever I am there--not sure why--but then the price should be lower. Breakfast was great though a "free-for-all" with no apparent line so there was some awkwardness.

The property was in a great location. Close to the events that my son and I had plan for 2 days. The only issues I had was the small bathroom.

Check I was a breeze and she was such a blessing after a fifteen hour day!

We enjoyed our stay as always. This time we left a garment bag in room after checking out and your staff immediately called us as soon as they found it. We have left other items at other hotels and have never gotten a phone call. We appreciate that very much. Will always stay here when we visit family in Charlotte. ❤

Centrally located for what we wanted to do.

I enjoyed my time here, clean hotel... but the location right next to a road with very noisy revving cars is a disadvantage. I woke up several times just from that.
