"Hotel was clean, well maintained, and in a good area. Breakfast was enjoyable, staff was friendly. Only downside was we were awakened by a barking dog in the room next door. Id stay here again"

"0/10 recommend. I knew that the overall ratings would provide lower than higher expectations. However, if I had to choose between sleeping in my car and this hotel, it would be my car. The check in was horrible. The lady repeated my number back as I provided it discretely and a person nearby made reference in the location of my area code. She also was loud and telling me the room number and the same person followed behind me to my room. I waited for them to go where they were going before I entered my room…Hotels really need to be careful with information. The cleanliness of the room was horrible. I slept with my clothes on and a hoodie over my head. I took a wash off as the shower wasn’t cleaned well. I couldn’t wait to check out. If it wasn’t for the hotels 20mi away being fully booked, I would’ve left. Lesson learned. Should I have to travel to Commerce again, this would be the LAST place I stay!"

"I generally stay at this motel twice a year. I've been doing this for more than 10 years. The area is growing and now has a Whataburger right next door which stays open 24/7. The staff is very polite and professional. There's plenty of parking. McDonald's at the corner along with other restaurants."

"Leftover stuff in the refrigerator, my room did not have a remote for t.v., when i went to the front desk to get one I was told there was one already in there and I said well then would you please show me where it's at because I've gone through the closet and I've gone through every drawer and so I asked for her to give me a remote please, she said she didnt no if she had one so she opened the drawer and there were a few in there so she handed me a remote, I went back upstairs and the remote didn't work on the TV so I go back down and told her that the remote did not work on the TV because while it might have to be programmed and I'm like do you have a different remote a different kind of remote and so she made a phone call I guess to her supervisor and she comes walking out of the back room with two different remotes and she goes well I don't know if either one of these will work because they may have to be programmed I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work. As we were speaking a couple walked in and she ignored me and took care of the people who just walked in instead of continuing what we were trying to get accomplished, I told her that that was being rude that I was there first and she was helping me and it was rude for her to start helping somebody else without addressing my problem so I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work she him hard about it and I said look I can't go to sleep without the "
