The hotel staff was very professional, courteous and was very helpful with the questions I needed answered. They went the extra mile and printed directions to where I needed to go as well as telling me it it would be to my advantage to go get a pass to the base that day as it would probably be quite busy on the day of graduation of the Warrant Officers at Fort Rucker which was very helpful to me. Also, the kitchen staff was very nice and friendly and asked us if we needed anything.
Everything was great. Clean, friendly service, comfortable place to stay. Great view of sunset out of our window, not a necessity but was pretty to see. Right next to a steak restaurant. Check in time was great and you have until 12 to check it next day. Would stay there again if need be.
Property was conveniently located to shops & restaurants and about 10-15 min from Fort Rucker. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. We were traveling with our 2 young children. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel was fantastic. But the best part was the staff. Every single staff member I saw said hello to me. Some even made conversation with me. Definitely the best customer service I've had in a long time. I can not praise them enough!
The beds were very comfortable the rooms were clean except behind the nightstand and around the back of the bed where it had not been vacuumed and cleaned. I wasn’t expecting it to be fully furnished with dishes and cookware. They could use a bigger bar of soap for hand washing though.
And all it was an excellent stay and more of the money.
Really nice and clean Hampton Inn with pretty good breakfast and friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again. On our way down we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Troy which was a mistake. No comparison between the two. Drive the few more miles to Ozark as it will be well worth it.
The apartment's layout was great. The kitchen area was perfect. The only drawback was that the closet didn't have a door, and the shelves were limited in storage space. This was a little inconvenient since I was staying for over a week. This is not a problem if you are visiting for a few days. I solved the problem by getting a portable plastic dresser for $20 at the nearby Walmart.
