"Hotel and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Only issue we had was no hot water. We had to take room temperature showers and it was cold out. We only stayed one night so we endured. Told staff at check out and they seemed very aware of the issue. Get that fixed Holiday Inn!"

"So I booked my room three weeks ago paid for it in full the day I booked then I get there yesterday and there’s no rooms available so I had to send my kids to other rooms to stay with friends"

"The room was clean, however the door stuck and was hard to open and shut. When I booked the room it was advertised as breakfast included. After much discussion and showing the staff that the booking showed breakfast included, I was given one voucher for each day. Even though there were two of us, I was told I could only get one complimentary breakfast because I booked a single room. I booked one room with a king bed for my husband and myself. I don't know what would have had to do to book a room that wasn't considered a single room??? I probably won't stay there again."
