"Outstanding experience."

"The size of the room was huge! The ceilings were over 12’ tall. The view and proximity to the river was awesome! Walked most places for shopping, coffee and restaurants. I wish there was a fridge and there wasn’t an ice bucket. The shower curtain was a little scuzzy. "

"You walked in and you were in awe of the how well lite up and clean it looked and smelled: fresh and inviting (I been in a few places where the smell was horrific) The staff was extremely helpful and glad to see us. Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains. The texts to see how we are doing and if need anything was so considerate. We are staying here from now on when we come to see our granddaughter from now on. Oh, forgot the breakfast hands down fresh and delicious, actually went back for seconds then went back to my room to sleep it off. :) :)"

"Tawnda the front desk clerk provided us excellent service. We had left an item in the room and she went above and beyond to get it back for us. "

"Hot tub was perfect. Nice sized pool. Staff was very helpful. A good amount of luggage trollys. Breakfast included many choices and was served warm when expected. The eating area was set up with about 10 tables for 2 and a very long (maybe 15') high top table & chairs which was uncomfortable. Although pretty, that part of the space could have been used better. "

"We were awakened at 5am on our day of checkout by the night manager claiming there was excessive banging coming from our room. I told the manager we were sleeping from 9:30pm until he woke us up. The manager then claimed he just received a call from the unit below us rm236. Unfortunately for him my sister was in that room and they checked out at 2:30am to drive home. When we checked out the desk told us the night manager told her that he had several complaints about our room and he even went to our room and could hear us making excessive noise. We are both in our 60's and we attended our cousins funeral the day before we were exhausted and we both fell into deep sleeps. The entire staff called us liars and offered no apologies for their mistake. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out we felt very uncomfortable and disrespected by the staff. My wife and I both work in the travel industry and this hotel will never be one we recommend to any one traveling in this area. Room was clean breakfast was ok staff was terrible. "

"Didn’t get breakfast had to pay extra just to swim and still haven’t go my 50$ hold back and I cleaned when I left. Paid 300$ and was only there for 24hrs "
