"The staff were amazing at our stay at quality inn St. Marys. From check in to check out! The pool was a 10/10 super clean and warm plus they had pool toys for the kids. Towels were provided at the pool. The room was clean. Pillows were super fluffy. It was quite and peaceful. Microwave and fridge both worked well. We were there for 2 days and needed both. Biscuits and gravy was amazing for breakfast, they also had sausage patties, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and toast. Housekeeping was great and very helpful. Parking was easy access to our room. My toddler loved it there so much he didn't want to go home. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Check in was great. The man behind the desk was very nice and friendly. We had a king suite. There were many cracked tiles in the elevator. When we got to our room it was very dark. The carpets were very stained and dirty looking. The upholstery on the couch was ripped and had stuffing coming out. It and the other chair were so dirty we would not sit on them. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was old and yellowed. The shower was good and had plenty of hot water. Dove shampoo and conditioner were provided along with hand and body wash. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were good. Coffee is good and always provided in the lobby. When we went downstairs in the morning the maid was vaping in the corridor . The trash cans in the hallways and outside the front door were all overflowing.All in all it was a overpriced so so experience. We would not stay there again. Not the usual experience we have had with Holiday Inns."

"I booked here for the price mainly. You get what you pay for I suppose. The rooms were not clean. There was dust and dirt and stains all over. The one upside was there were no bed bugs. We also ate breakfast in the morning as it was complimentary and I’m very, very confident my daughter has mouse poop in her waffle. I do not know if it was on the maker or in the batter. But after the third piece she found I no longer thought it was just a burnt piece of the waffle. I will not use this facility again. The bathroom door also would not shut and as a family all using the same room, a closing door would have been more comfortable."

"Older property but well maintained and has been updated. Rooms were clean, sheets felt great, staff was helpful and efficient. Will stay again if in the area again."

"Honestly the staff was great but the room is where I had the issues … the tub floor appeared very unclean , as well the fridge was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! that was honestly my biggest issue there is no way that should even be in the room I didn’t even feel comfortable getting ice which is not ok . Breakfast is definitely bare minimum a few bagels, bread and some sausage gravy an waffles only hot items . Overall the staff was great maybe a little more inspecting if possible after they are clean . Please take that fridge out of the room "

"Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again."
