"This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a hotel. From checkin to checkout everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I loved the fact that the front desk sent me a text to confirm that if I needed something to text them back. They also followed up several times to ask if we needed anythiing. The rooms were clean, didn't smell and had everything needed. Can't say enough about Hampton and this location. Thanks Briaenna!!!!"

"Horrible customer service. Housekeeping low rate for an expensive property. Engineering left a mess in our room and left the door unlocked. And with all this overplay from the General Manager and no phone call from the 2nd in command. This hotel has no appreciation or connection to pleasing guests. "

"Rooms were nice, but you could tell it was an older building compared to other motels in the area. No breakfast provided. Staff was nice. Bathroom was small. Lots of places to eat in area. Just a short drive to Hard Rock Casino. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Hot breakfast with protein everyday. Every staff member from desk to housekeeper were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a motel! Comfortable bed in rooms with mood lighting. I can’t say enough good about our stay. The entrance drive into the motel is a little tricky to find on busy highway but we’ll worth the effort."
