"Pet friendly, breakfast was ok, wallpaper in hallways peeling, trash cans outside were never emptied and were overflowing the whole time we were there & trash blowing into the grass. Property and inside look a little run down"

"When we entered our first room, the door appeared to have been pried open at some point, there were very evident stains on the duvet covers, and it appeared as if someone had been lying on the far side bed. Upon closer inspection of the duvet covers, I found actual dried BOOGERS stuck to the duvet cover on the far side of the bed; I immediately requested a new room!! Upon entering the second room, AGAIN, there were evident, large stains on the bed closest to the door and what appeared to be a mouse dropping. As I inspected the bathroom, I found hair in the sink and a dirty toilet. After showing staff photos of what I had found in each room, I demanded a refund, and reserved the last room available at a Holiday Inn Express. "

"Staff was very friendly called before check in to tell us about the room change. Breakfast was fresh daily and had a good selection."

"I could not get into the app for touchless check in - there was only one staff member there who was not at the desk he was upstairs helping another guest. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the hotel amenities but we did have breakfast which was good but not much of a selection. I barely slept because the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation. Also at about 2:30am the people in the room next to us decided to have very loud sex for 2 hours. I had about 1-2 hours sleep. Check out was easy and parking was easy. "
