How about “all the above!”

The hotel itself, is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable! But, the wall outside our room obviously had water damage because the wallpaper was peeling up from the bottom. Our toaster didn't work and the bathroom sink stopper didn't work. Basic pandemic breakfast (Jimmy Dean sandwiches, cereal, bagels). Hotel just needed some maintenance updates. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Would recommend.

Excellent staff in the hotel. Wish there was a breakfast buffet--whether free or pay version. The cafe was very expensive and our friends waited 45 minutes to get a breakfast burrito. Another family loved the pool...it was a mini vacation for them!!

Great place to stay clean and staff was excellent

Clean, modern, and convenient little hotel—we stayed overnight after a concert at nearby Pine Knob. Staff was joyously friendly and helpful with information and even guidance on a shuttle available to and from Pine Knob. I will definitely book here again. It’s perfect!

SUPER clean property and rooms,,and the staff was super friendly!! Excellent fitness area and pool/hot tub were really nice!! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

The room, bathroom, and overall facility were spotless. The front desk staff was helpful. Amenities were as described. Only gripe is the lack of soundproofing between floors - the family above us must have been elephants and they were thumping into the wee hours.

Pet friendly and cheapest "xtra" charge for pets around the area. Cynthia was fantastic at check in, making sure thatbwe had a room that could handle our crates for the dogs. Will stay again!

This was the surprise of the year so far. The hotel was fantastic. The staff mentioned they have been open for over a year already but it looks like it opened yesterday-clean clean clean. The hotel has a pantry that is very affordable for a night snack or anything you need which was another surprise. Fantastic stay.

The check in staff of Taylor, Griffin & Ava was very amazing, helpful and friendly.

Stayed here for a night during Thanksgiving, the whole hotel had a new feel, everything as like new and smelt like new. No issues at all, and when I'm in town again I'll be staying here!

Robin Williams was absolutely wonderful. We both have very famous names and was just laughing. Very nice person and very clean and comfortable place.

Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the pool after hours for adults only.
