This place is amazing. Plenty of space for me and my large family. Pristine inside and out. Concierge included water, a 50 dollar gift card to Mokas. Mokas is a coffee/breakfast place only 7 minutes away, and a free car wash. The pool and hot tub were clean and welcoming. I will definately be coming back next year.
I chose this property because of the better reviews than the more expensive hotels. The price is great, the room is immaculate and the bed comfortable. I have a medical condition that makes me very heat intolerant and I know I irritated the owner, but he found me a room with the coldest ac, and I'm very thankful for it! Great place to spend the night or longer!
Simply put, this was the best value I’ve ever had. Not only was the place big and gorgeous and roomy, there were gift cards for breakfast, a speakeasy, and a car wash. It was an awesome experience. First class all the way.
The hotel was conveniently located in Abilene. The hotel was near the Old Town, the Eisenhower library, the more modern downtown, the Russell Stovers factory, and more. The people were friendly and the stores were very nice about my wife and I just browsing around the stores. The hotel staff was excellent, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the experience was peaceful.
We truly enjoyed our stay! A couple things to consider, with the hotel still fairly new, the outlets along the entry wall, were not accessible. We could get a plug to go in. The other concern is the landscaping has become overgrown with weeds. It doesn’t effect our stay, but just an fyi. The receptionists were so friendly, as well as the breakfast staff. The fancy coffee maker gave the young lady quite the headache until she got it working. That coffee is wonderful! The decaf may be the best...
I was impressed with this Holiday Inn! I arrived around 1:00 AM and the night clerk was kind, helpful, wide-awake and welcoming. The room was newly decorated and had some lovely touches that made it feel “homey” (I particularly like the chaise lounge). But the best thing about the room itself was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel!
Staff was really friendly and helpful. Was quite quiet considering there was a lot of dogs staying in the hotel. Restaurants within walking distance. Great location right off interstate. Have stayed here several times and will stay again.
This is my second time staying at this hotel and it's my favorite. My son will be attending Kansas Wesleyan University and this will be my go to hotel during football season.
For the prices the Sleep Inn & Suites Salina is a good place to stay. Our room was clean, set up wel, sufficient. The desk clerk was helpful to our my ice block in the freezer overnight. As it's a smaller facility It's convenient, plenty of parking. Big gas station right across the road too.
