Great location, friendly staff, clean room and a wonderful view of corn fields.

Relaxed, peaceful property. The friendly owners were attentive to all my needs. The room was clean and easy to navigate. Parking at the front door. Cannot say enough great comments about this property. I definitely would stay there again if in the area.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. We stayed one night here. We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 3 teens, one younger child). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. My only complaint, is that the pictures made the sofa bed look like a double bed. It was only a twin size, which made our sleeping arrangements not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

Had plenty of seating, a variety of foods and a great staff. Fun holiday stay

Great hotel Friendly staff, warm clean hotel when you walk in, clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel that is run in conjunction with the local college hospitality program. During school year, students work at the hotel in various capacities. Bartender in the lobby was super nice. There is a free tasting of local wines in the lobby in the evenings. Rooms are very nice. Out of the city location, but there is a shuttle to downtown available.

I enjoyed the outside patio area. It was nice to drink morning coffee outside. My room had a musty odor from the air conditioner and felt humid and damp. The hallways and general areas didn't have this problem so it was probably just my room. Standard boring breakfast. Good coffee. Nice young man checked us in. Close to shopping.

Friendly staff and great spot to stay for a night.

It was amazing considering we hadn’t planned it - a snow squall came up and we happened to be near that exit! It was just what we needed!

Plus: New hotel. Decorations fun and trendy. quiet. clean. HUM?: The shower, while a "trendy" rain shower, was not adequate at getting thick hair wet. although this was a new and clean hotel, there was already rust on things and some of the trim had already fallen off. They will need to work harder to keep the current standard.

We had a handicap room. Everything was good, except for the water went out of the shower and was very slippery, had to use extra towels to keep from falling.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet and calm. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety available. Not in the most convenient location as far as restaurants and stuff, but it's obviously a growing area and that will probably change fairly quickly.

I highly recommend this hotel and staff. They go out of the way to please the guest. Great breakfast and dinner on weekdays. Best hotel for the price that Ive ever had.

The breakfast is very generic and the same items everyday. Needs more variety.

Entire facility, and most importantly, our room, was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were quiet. Checkin was very easy, staff was friendly, and gave us restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of options. First time at a Fairfield hotel. Will definitley be staying at a Fairfield again, and will stay at this site, also, when we travel through Cedar Rapids again.

Nice facility, quick elevators, easy location. Perhaps most impressive was the staff: they were consistently friendly and helpful. To a person, staff members displayed positive attitudes. Someone is doing some excellent management.

Bed was very comfortable and shower was very clean.
