"Beds were clean and comfortable. Curtains outdated. Razor blade stain on the bathroom counter. Shower had scum all over and wouldn’t use it. Bathroom sink clogged and drained super slow. WiFi kept cutting out making it hard to watch tv. Coffee cups in room but no coffee maker. I traveled with my elderly mother that has a hard time getting around and asked for a room close to an entrance and they were unable to accommodate. Staff was friendly. Pool is super small and outdated. Breakfast was ok. "

"Overall, the state of this property is changing due to a brand new general manager. I saw some of the reviews, but I thought I would still give it a try. There are some hiccups, but James Graham is working on fixing everything. He’s only been there a month as of this post. Nothing in the prior guests post was a problem on this visit. There’s water everywhere I think they can and need a remodel if they want to really kick it up into the five star. The service and the staff is outstanding. I will return if in the area."

"Went to check in after 3pm the room was not ready we asked to be called no call…. I called them at around 6pm and it was ready. Then the pool was not in use they only had take out breakfast… way over priced and will never stay there again would like a discount "

"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was pretty basic, but quiet. lobby, hallways & main areas are in need to a remodel. Biggest issue was checkout time - 10am. That is a very early time for checkout. Most hotels are 11am-12pm. I would have definitely preferred a later checkout time.... "

"This stay was a mixed bag for us. We really enjoyed the pool. It was a good temperature, but the hot tub was closed. Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked. The staff was helpful and friendly. The daily cleaning of the room was good, but it needed a good deep clean. The ceiling fan was filthy and there were old spider webs on the ceiling of the bathroom. Our shower didn't work and we discovered that late."

"Delicious breakfast and parking was good. The ONLY problem we experience was with fellow guests. We were unable to sleep until after midnight given all the noise above our suite. We informed the front desk of our evening. "
