"Beautiful, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Casino was fun and the show we went for was amazing. The food at the Waterway Deli was disappointing. The chicken breast in my sandwich was raw in the middle. "

"Parking garage is super sketch with a mobile police camera set up, guess that’s why it cost 30$ a day? The hotel on the outside looks dirty and worn out… well same for the inside. Not a good look when you can see mattresses against the top floor windows. Damaged elevators, damaged and worn out furniture in the rooms, cigarette burns on furniture, cigarette burns on window seals, holes in carpet, tv from what I would assume was 2005! Lobby smelt like drakkar noir cologne. Tacoma and this hotel are in far worse shape since I last visited in 2016. City looks like a ghost town, 10 years ago is was insanely busy. Found a Hampton inn in a nicer town and had a far better time. I will give the front desk manager I believe it was props for partially refunding me. Don’t waste your time! "

"It’s under repair construction, they serve breakfast and have 24hr water/coffee/tea. Pool and jacuzzi is nice and only thing I didn’t like was the fridge you had to turn on every 2hrs because it automatically turns off without option to override it. Should’ve just brought a cooler since they have a ice machine "
