"I was disappointed to learn that the jets in the hot tub are not functional. I was told it’s considered a “spa,” not a hot tub, so the jets are never intended to work—even though they are visibly installed. Additionally, a small note for future guests: conditioner is not provided, so be sure to bring your own if you need it."
