My wife and I visited Poland for 2 weeks this September (2016). One of our stops was Krakow, where we stayed for 5 days in this beautiful hotel (Kosciuszko). The hotel was immaculate. As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well. I recommend this hotel, as it is clean and bright. But mostly, I recommend this hotel because the staff are helpful, kind and patient.

Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with the fluffiest towels I have ever had in a hotel! Looking forward to my 4th stay there soon. Thank you, you terrific staff members!

Location is a bit far from tourist destinations like Old Town or The Jewish Quarter. So you’ll need to uber or take transit. That said, there is both a bus and tram stop right outside that connects to those places (as well as the main train station) easily.

We liked the comfortable bedding, and cleanliness

This is our favorite hotel in the world! Each room is decorated differently. Flat screen TV's, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. The restaurant is quiet & spacious. The staff are very courteous & helpful. Everyone speaks English. The best location in Krakow - right on the main square. During the high season, there are wonderful classical concerts in the concert hall on the 2nd floor.

It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure. It has a kinda old-world thing going on, with big private balconies and lots of burgundy and lots of dark wood, but the pool and soaking tub is in a very shiny, fetchingly designed new building. Beautiful classic hotel within the Old Town walls - Old wall ramparts right across the street. Excellent kind staff. Great comfortable room. Convenient walk from train station. Five minute walk to main square.

Overall great experience. Never received VIP benefits offered by Expredia, which was disappointing.

Excellent location for me - near office and town square. Lovely resorted hotel in historic building. Rooms are very modern and they offer a transportable cell phone to use while in the city - very helpful and handy. Two minor recommendations - update the bath towels; they’re old, scratchy and have some pretty thin spots. Second, back off on the room/linen scented freshener. Too overpowering for me. Otherwise was a lovely hotel and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church. Staff was very welcoming offering water or champagne while checking in at the front desk. Bed was very comfortable. Nice size bathroom, larger than most places we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Pod Różą for 3 nights in mid September. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Our room was lovely and full of thoughtful details like slippers, ear plugs (that we didn't need to use) and lovely Occitane bathroom products. Breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff were delightful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we loved everything about it.

Stayed here for a portion of our honey moon and it was everything we were looking for! The convenience from the hotel to the train station, to the relaxing pool, to the kind and smiling staff, and lastly to the cute fourth floor room — it was perfect! I highly recommend the stay here. Besides being right in old town, there’s so much of krakow to experience and the stay here was perfect for us.
